- Condition: The property is in general good condition, it needs painting and might be some adjustments but there is no need to make big reforms. However due to the great potential that this property offers, you will probably get some ideas on how to reform it, because with a litle bit of work this double duplex apartment could be transformed into a very nice home. One of the two aircons doesn't work, but the installation seems ok so it probably just is the lifetime expiration.

- Orientation: The property is Northwest oriented that makes the property inside not too hot and the terrace/solarium gives you the chance to have a lot of sun during the day and since your property is the highest, there will be nothing that interferes with the Sun.
